Conveyancing is the legal process by which property is purchased and sold in Australia. It is the actual transfer of legal title from one person or entity to another person or entity.

How much does it cost?

Direct Legal provides our conveyancing services for a sale or a purchase of a house or strata property for a flat fee of $995.00 plus GST nationwide (not including disbursements) and for a house and land package for $1195 plus nationwide (not including disbursements). No hidden charges, no hidden costs.
